Clean Title on this unit and ready to go. We are second owner and purchased in 2015.. Since that time it has only been used once a year for a several weeks trip to Florida.
It is in very good condition with newly recovered couch which folds out to a full size bed with lots of storage. below and above. It also has all new blinds and curtains. Lighting has been replaced with LED. All equipment is original and everything is in good working condition. The equipment includes a Magic Chef stove, oven and fan, a heating/air roof unit and and separate furnace, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, flat screen tv, dvd,and cassette/am/fm radio and speakers. There is a Zip Dee Awning which is in good condition over the door to the outside creating a wonderful patio. in addition, there is lots of exterior storage for hoses, septic stuff, power cords, tools, etc.
Inside, there is a queen size bed in the rear with tons of inside storage in the bedroom area including below, above and surrounding the bed, including two full size closets with mirrors and lighting. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen, including a pull out pantry.
The living area has storage below and above the couch and tables which fold out to make a dining area. There are two original folding chairs included.
We have maintained the unit since we have owned it. Tires and bearings have been replaced. New batteries and the Fantastic Fan were replaced in Spring of 2018, including Moen faucets in shower and kitchen.
There is a small dent in the rear by previous owner. The outside finish has some peeling which would be expected in a 1996 Airstream. It also has (2) 30lb propane canisters, a 12 volt super lift hitch with stabilizer bars. It pulls wonderful behind our pickup.
We have replaced the outside font protective panels and one of the curved front window panels as a result of small dents caused by Hurricane Florence. While at Out of Doors Airstream dealer in High Point NC having repairs, we had them check our Airstream all over. They told us it was in very good condition. The wheel bearings and tires were checked and all in very good condition. and ready to hit the road. The unit was winterized. It is now ready for the next adventure.
