1996 31’ Airstream Classic Excella 1000

We are selling our 1996 (label says 10/1995, but all paperwork states 1996) 31’ Airstream Classic Excella 1000 with walkaround rear Queen Bed. It’s in great shape inside and out. The plastic coating shows the typical sunburn, but there is no major damage. The grey/black water tank sensors might need cleaning. No lien. Original owner’s manual.
We lived in it for a year in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and did the following work on it (2017/18):
Kitchen/Living Room:
- New 3-burner stove
- New convection/microwave oven
- New rainproof Airmaxx ceiling fan
- Acrylic flooring (barn-wood look)
- White wall wood panels
- Vinyl planks (light barn wood look) as backsplash
- Porthole LED lights
- LED reading lights (light can be switched from white to blue)

- New sink with pull-out faucet
- Painted cabinets (originally oak-look)

- Rearranged the inverter/battery area and build a cover around it, battery (1x) is now located in hitch area

- New wall-mount smart TV
- LTE capable antenna-cable for hotspot routers in place (separate antenna will be supplied as well, mounted by threaded connection on roof)
