We bought this trailer in 2012. The previous owner had just replaced the refrigerator and the shower stall. We have replaced the skylights, Fantastic fan, TV antenna, bathroom fan, toilet, stove top, micro/convection oven, window shades, queen mattress, batteries, tires, The carpet has been replaced with hickory laminate flooring. We have added solar panels and an electric hookup for the water heater. 99% of the work was done by Dan Matthews of Capital City Customs in Raleigh. Health issues force us to sell.
