Very nice Excella Classic. Many new parts & accessories, including Axles, brakes, tires, shocks. Newer AC. Newer main awning. New water pump. All propane hoses replaced. Fantastic Vents reinstalled...all roof penetrations resealed. New Antenna wiring. New smoke detector & new CO2 detector. Bathroom floor replaced. Rear floor replaced.(bumper leak) All carpet removed & new plank flooring installed. New kitchen faucet. New twin beds with compartments and piston operators. New 30A electric cord. All curtain elastic fasteners replaced & resown. Clear coat removed. A whole lot of TLC in this unit. Has roof dent from falling branch that does not show from ground.
