Hello Airstream people!

I guess Ill start with the good news:
This 1993 Airstream B-190 accelerates well, runs well, shifts well, and is quite nimbly for a camper van,it has nice solid road feel and has proved to be an awesome running vehicle. The out side body and frame are rust free. With only 128,443mi

If your in the market for a nice example of a 1993 Airstream B-190 camper van ... then this one is well worth considering...if youre willing to put in some work.

This van runs GREAT and comes with factory options that include:
* Onan' 2.8 Kilowatt generator with interior hour meter (I've never started it)
* 460 cu. in. V8 engine package (Runs GREAT!!)
* 11,000 BTU A/C system with added head strip (Never used it)

* Upgraded 'Flexsteel' front seats with 6-way power seat for the driver (Very Comfortable)
* Microwave oven (Never used)
* 4-burner range with oven (Never used)
* TV antenna booster and telephone hookup (Never used)
* Double stainless steel sinks
* Flip up counter extension shelf
* Upgraded fabric selection

So, heres what happened, about one year ago I found this B-190 on Ebay and fell in love with it. My plan was to buy it and head down south and go to school while living in this Airstream. I'll be collecting money for living expenses from the Army while I attend classes so I figured this would be a good way to save. The guy that I bought this from (for $14,000) assured me over and over again that there was noting wrong with it and that it was ready to move in! I flew to Baltimore to pick it up and gave it a quick uninformed/rookie inspection before I drove it back to MI. A few days after I brought it home I realized that the boards that were under the front overhang above the cab looked a little bit suspicious, after I applied some light upward pressure I started pulling them up, revealing extensive water damage up front. So I promptly removed all of the bad wood up there. (As you can see in the picture, I kept all of the framing for an easy replacement template) I didn't want carpet in the van any way so I started to pull up that and found a bad piece of wood under the brand new carpet, under the top AC unit the guy had just installed. Winter was coming here in Michigan so I packed my stuff and drove the van to phoenix with ZERO problems, the van runs great, I've never had a problem with it! After arriving in AZ I had the opportunity to go to India for 8 months, so I stored the van at a shop who started a few projects, but really didn't do much to help my situation by the time I got back. So I picked the van up from them and drove it straight back here to Michigan to sell. (Again, no problems driving... it runs GREAT)

Its remained winterized since I've owned the van, so I've never used the heater, AC/Generator, sink, fridge, shower, toilet Ect... Ive priced this to sell. I don't have the time or patience to work on this myself. So if you know a little bit about fixing these things up... This van is for YOU! (or that guy/gal you know who does jobs like this...send them my way PLEASE:)

Ill send more pictures and whatever else you want, just contact me.

Also the top two windows are caulked shut...the place in Phoenix said that it was going to be $1000 per window to replace... so I just sealed them shut. Turns out that it wasn't the only place that it was leaking:(
