We purchased this Airstream about 2 years ago and towed it around the U.S. and Canada visiting 47 states, 18 national parks, countless state and county parks, plus 47 KOAs. We had a great time and the trailer had just a couple of small issues.

As we traveled, almost every night we were connected to water and power, but we did boondock a few times, and wouldn't hesitate to take off and do it again, like it is right now.

There are two 7 gallon propane tanks and the wall heater, stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer work fine. The roof AC/Heat is older but still works fine. The bathroom toilet and holding tank work fine, although the bathroom sink and shower were disconnected when the water heater was removed (This could be redone with a new water heater). We never used the shower, it became a storage closet and instead we used the showers at the parks (where you can take a roomy shower).

We removed our bed (we were able to squeeze in a king) so you can put in your own. We believe the sub-floor was replaced, the carpet was removed and replaced with wood laminate flooring. Three of the tires are in very good condition and one is ok. All the awnings (3) are in good working condition.

We are also including our Eaz-Lift 48058 Elite Weight Distributing Hitch Kit - 1,000 lbs Capacity. It works great and our F150 pulled this with ease. ($300 value)

At the time of this posting, this one is priced around $4,000 - 5,000 below similar units, so there is plenty of allowance to make upgrades/repairs/restorations if you like.

Also if you plan on hauling your own water instead of hooking up to park water, it'll need a new tank (about $400). We have a tank (25 gal) we purchased but never installed that goes with the trailer. It has a few small dents here and there, but the majority of the panels are fine and gets compliments often. The water heater was removed (about $400 for a new one) and the ceiling vent fans quit working (about $125 ea.).
