After many years of ton of hard work, the project almost finished, we are sad to say that we need to let it go. We are moving and unfortunately we will have no space and no spare time to finish “ The Wale”.
The Avion is for sale with a Bill Of Sale Only, this is due to the fact that it was bought from an Auction. The insurance company because of water intrusion totaled the unit. We are aware that in Florida and in some other states a new title can be issued due to all the work that has been done and need to be done to finish the trailer to be 100% done.
Here are some of the things that have been done to the RV since we got it.
• All original subfloor removed and replaced with pressure treated 3 layer subfloor ( Plywood with Styrofoam Insulation )
• All new water lines – BLUE for cold and Red for Hot Pex. Every fixture has a shut-off valve and Stainless Steel braided flexible lines.
• Washer and Dryer ready (drain and electric)
• 50Amp service upgrade
• 2 15K BTU Heat Pump Carrier ACs
• 2 MaxAiir vents w/remote control
• Bathroom exhaust fan
• New Amana 3 burner cooktop
• New Slide Out electric System (new gear motor, wires, relays and switch)
• All original Oak wood was stripped from the original varnish and lightly stained and sealed. (white washed/pickled)
• LED recessed lights with dimmer in Living room and kitchen
• Stainless steel reading lights in bedroom.
• New Carpet
• Interior walls were steam cleaned, primed with oil base stain-block, and painted with Sherwin-Williams Cashmere paint.
• Closets with cedar planks
What needs to be done to be 100% ready.
• Running or marker lights.
• New Battery (to operate the slides and landing gear mechanisms w/o the truck being connected)
• New water heater
• New Tires and shocks (YES! They are torsion axles but also have shock absorbers, the smoothest ride you will ever experience)
• Change the locks on the compartment door so they don’t open while driving.
• Compartment door missing (need to be replaced or kept sealed)
Recommendations to do that are not needed to pass inspection:
• Slide out seal
• Refrigerator – Currently has 2 (Rv style and residential) both have an issue with the door for the freezer and consequently have a problem with overproducing Ice. So our intention was to replace the Residential and install the washer and dryer where the rv fridge sits.

Is yours available and I'm unclear on location. Oklahoma? Thanks, MarcoOld ad, probably not. But, to be helpful... the zip code provided is Pasco County Fl. If you look at the other ads running by the same person the Sovereign 31 ad has a phone number. You might try calling that number.
Veggiebullet, I am considering a 38M. I've previously restored a 34V and am in process on a 30R. Is yours available and I'm unclear on location. Oklahoma? Thanks, Marco
