13.5k BTU Dometic Penquin AC unit works perfectly

30 gallon fresh water tank
30 gallon black tank
30 gallon Grey tank
Domestic 3-way fridge/freezer
6 gallon Atwood gas water heater w/ new circuit board, works perfectly
The exterior is essentially stock.
I completely renovated the interior in the summer of 2016.
The factory oak hardwood cabinetry was sanded down, restained, and finished with a semi-gloss clear coat. The factory 1/2 inch particle board walls were replaced with 3/4 oak plywood stained to match. All cabinet hardware is a brushed nickel finish that matches the kitchen and bathroom faucets. Countertops are all new with a retro “boomerang” pattern Formica that is incredibly durable along with fluted aluminum trim. If you’ve ever spent time in an RV then you are familiar with the tiny sink and faucets they use, I’ve replaced these with a large single basin Kholer cast iron sink and commercial style Kholer faucet in both the kitchen and bathroom. I installed a new Wolf 2 burner cooktop that is a real pleasure to cook on compared to the typical ranges offered on RVs. The Dometic fridge is was brand new in 2016 and runs on both AC and DC electric as well as LP and has oak front panels stained to match. The flooring was professionally installed and is Bellawood 3/4 solid red oak tongue and groove with I believe a lifetime warranty. The interior skin was professionally painted with Zolotone paint ($100+ per gallon), the same kind they used on the original Airstreams of the 50s and 60s. The mattress is a custom Tempur-Pedic style from Rocky Mountain Mattress and conforms to the curves in the rear of the trailer (about the size of a full mattress but longer). I replaced the original fan with the top of the line MaxAir Fan with a remote and it really gets the air moving. All window screens were replaced in the summer of 2017. Curtains were replaced at the same time with Levelor pull down accordion style blinds that are much more convenient than the original cloth curtains on tracks. The curtain valences are 1/2 inch oak plywood stained to match. The toilet is a Dometic porcelain and much nicer than the standard plastic RV toilets. All factor propane lines were professionally replaced with brand new copper tubing to code.
This is currently set up for a single person as it has one La-Z-Boy recliner (bought new in early 2017) in the living area however I left room for a second recliner to be added. I will also include the original “gaucho couch” that was completely reupholstered. The foam used was the highest quality available, the fabric used is Pendleton Woolen Mills thickest wool blanket fabric and is seriously luxurious. All cushions have genuine leather cording around the edges that matches the leather used on both the armrests and pull out drawer front. The pull out drawer was remade with 1/2 inch baltic birch plywood with higher sides than the original. I will attach photos of both the recliner as well as the couch.
Not included in the price is the entertainment equipment but I am willing to negotiate if you are interested in it. This includes the Audio Technica turntable, Apple TV, Apple AirPort Extreme, PS3, Onkyo Receiver, Martin Logan speakers, and Klipsch subwoofer. Also the Honeywell 15k BTU “portable” AC w/ Heatpump.
The attached photos were taken at different times so the configuration may look different. Currently the blinds are the light tan Levelors (not the maroon curtains except for on the front window), and the recliner is in the living area (not the couch).
If you would like photos of something specific or additional information shoot me a text. Currently the trailer is in College Station but will be moved to Weatherford, TX mid December
