Great trailer ready to hit the road and make some memories! Gas furnace 4 years old, will run you out of the camper in winter! Up front is a Gaucho style couch with near full length fold up table (two inserts), it folds to make another full size bed(i use queen sheets as they seem to fit better). New sony radio with usb port and pandora controls built in. 60 gallon water tank, 40 gallon grey, 30 gallon black. Gas water heater installed, but leaks, currently bypassed so all plumbing works. New Zip-Dee awning hardware, awning fabric 4 years old, great condition(extra parts included). Will sleep a family of 4 comfortably. This is a great camper and we're sad to see it go.
