1985 34' Airstream Sovereign (triple axle) renovated by my husband and I! We have a passion for projects and interior design. Virtually no improvement was overlooked in this process. It is currently located in College Station, but we have friends all over the large state, so we would not mind traveling. It has a beachy, islander vibe.

The airstream is light enough to pull easily, but spacious enough for tiny living. Glamping has been its main function for us. Most likely sleeps three comfortably as there is a NEW king mattress in the rear and NEW full futon in the front.

Interior:
All systems work and have been tested/updated. Sub floor repaired (additional insulation installed)and professional installation of high end waterproof vinyl floors. All wood has been sanded, strained a dark walnut and sealed. Kitchen has been updated to reflect modern tastes and the full-size sink. Original oven and cooktop are in amazing working condition. Our proudest addition is the BRAND NEW Dometic dual source refrigerator. It has been an amazing upgrade. Bathroom remodel includes resurfacing of original shower, new counter, sink, faucet, and most importantly toilet. Flat screen TVs in front and bedroom with working antenna and cable ready. Display and control panel in working condition with tank levels and battery status. Batteries were replaced 5/2018. NEW inverter. NEW electrical outlets and switches. All lights have been modified to LED for energy efficiency.

Exterior:
The exterior is in great condition. Working Zipdee awnings. No major dents or scratches to speak of considering it is over 30 years old. It has been resealed and no leaks. Electric drum brakes in excellent condition. Solar/Rock Guards are present on the front windows, and all of the windows are in working condition with new screens. A new 1500# tongue jack along with 4 retractable, stabilizing and leveling jacks with pads help keep the rig steady.
Energy sources include propane (New twin 30lb propane tanks w/single regulator), AC 120v electrical, NEW DC 12V batteries. Tanks include: BRAND NEW 6-gallon hot water tank, 50-gallon fresh water tank, and 35 gallon grey and 30 gallon black holding tanks.
