31 ft in length, 1 Bedroom, with full size bed. Pretty much the way it was originally manufactured. air condition works, floor plan is the same as 1984 except, the bed and fridge has been changed... side bath model.no leaks. I purchased it one year ago next month, camped in it over in the smokey Mountains twice, Loved it, but it a little too large for just the two of us. has 2 new marine batteries, had furnace worked on, was making a racket. serviced wheel bearings.
