1984 Airstream 325 33 - Oregon

Description

We purchased this in August of this year from a retiree in Yuma Arizona. We’ve decided that at this point we just don’t have the time necessary to pour into her to do a modernization of the inside of her like I had wanted. The following is the description given on ebay from when we purchased it.

So with all of that being said, I will tell you that we just had the brakes completely redone and new power steering. Belts and shocks in the rear.. Brand new tires that we had him purchase in Airzona and install and we drove back to Oregon with them. That’s the only mileage on them. She definitely needs to be cleaned up a bit on the inside. Our plan was to sand and paint all the cabinets and we already have the paint for that. We were going to pull up all flooring and replace with hardwood, install granite counter tops, reupholster the sofa as well as the front drivers seat area. Windows need sealed and the shower liner needs replacing. Lots of little things to clean up.. The fuel gauge does not work, which we were not told but it wasn’t a problem. We never could figure out the ac unit on the top of the rig but it does produce heat which proved nicely over Veteran’s Day weekend. There is no generator as there was some sort of conversion to solar and I can provide absolutely zero information on that. I’m told the dash air does not work. The roof air was a Coleman 01 with very little use. Earlier this year the prior owner claimed to have put it in the shop, dropped the gas tank and cleaned, all new filters, belts and hoses and had the transmission, cooling system and engine serviced including new cap, plugs, rotor and wires. I’m not sure on the belts though because when we took it in for service after getting her home to Oregon , we were told the belts looked awful so we had them replace them.

I just want to get back what I put into her so far and am willing to loose a couple k on it.
