Just in time for your fall/winter project! I purchased this Airstream out of Florida and drove it straight through to Colorado more than two years ago. I intended to do a complete remodel on it but you see how far I got with that! I've owned several Airstreams in the past but between other projects and life, in general, I won't be getting around to it anytime soon so its time to pass the opportunity on to someone else. Don't be mistaken this is not ready to go camping in tomorrow but is truly a rare find with such low miles, a clean body, this project has a ton of potential! I still have the dining room fold down table, jackknife sofa, and a few other items if you want them. Ultra modern remodel? Airbnb? Food Truck? Mobile boutique? Burning Man festival? Below is a list of characteristics:

-Year Make Model: 1983 Airstream 310 motorhome.
-Motor: Chevy 454 7.4 liters V8 (should be adjusted for Colorado elevation.)
-Chassis: P30.
-Clear title showing 23,211 actual miles.
-Onan 6.5 RV GenSet generator. 858hrs (runs well).
-All glass is in good condition with no cracks.
-Electrical system is in working condition. Should be gone through accordingly with remodel.
-The awning is in good condition.
-One pull out storage bin is included but needs the bottom repaired. I lost the other one.
-Refrigerator/Freezer operates.
-Interior carpet removed and floor painted with kilz primer. The floor is solid with no soft spots.
- Plumbing system: Assumed fine. Personally would take advantage of the current open space and redo everything with modern pex pipe.
- LP system: Assumed fine. I have not filled to LP tank and it's currently showing empty. Depending on the desired remodel I would tailor the system towards the completed project.
