I have a 1982 excels with twins and the bath in back. It's has a brand new a/c unit on it and is in really good shape considering age. The skin is straight and it would shine up really nice. It does need some TLC, and a few minor fixes, that I just don't have the time to deal with. It would make someone a really nice trailer if they wanted to put a little time into it. I'm asking $6000.00 for it.
