All original interior except the stove. Newly plumbed, new power inverter, new stove/oven, new thermostat, new furnace, new window seals, some new rivets. Completely inspected and serviced by local RV repair shop. Original AC unit still works. Water heater works. All sinks and shower are functioning. Everything works except the refrigerator we use it as a pantry. Tons of storage. The unit is currently sheltered from weather and came to us from Arizona two years ago, so is in excellent shape! We have a clean chain of title that can be transferred. Asking $25,000 OBO.
