This is being listed for a friend. He is just down the street from me and I have known him for about 18 years. He purchased this about 3 years ago and then changed his mind and bought a newer motor home. I have been in it and it is very solid. In fact after seeing it, we went and bought a 77 excella and are now living in it! It is in mostly original condition. I have pictures posted and if you desire more I can send via email. He actually purchased it from another person here in town that no longer used it as his wife had passed away. We both knew this person and they were a fine christian couple. They were non-smokers and so is the present owners. For the most part it is in very good, but original condition. It does have a crack in one of the front curved windows (Roadside.) The crack is on the outer pane and not the inner. It however DOES NOT leak. It appears someone tried to put a small drill hole to drain water from between the panes and hit the glass (the normal fix for this condition!). It has a small dent on each of the front upper corners as seen in the pictures. It would take very little to restore it to its original beauty. Time takes a tole on everything but appears as if it was took good care of. It does not have the refrigerator, The stove has some rust, Sinks have the covers, and the converter DOES NOT work. The original Armstrong A/C works great but the outside shroud is broke (inside cover fine). The floors are solid. He did pull up the carpet and placed laminate wood floors down with the plastic underlayment, but has not trimmed them out. Some of the tambour is broke/missing. Overall this is a great starter camper. Still has original curtains in it, but they are not the best. They will be good as templates and to use the slides. He can give you better specifics but I wanted to try to list here first before placing on ebay. He would be happy to show it or answer your questions. Please no Saturday calls as we are SDA and observe the Sabbath. A easy restoration as it is solid. NO rot in the floors! The floating floor can easily be pulled up to see the condition. It pulls well, and appears to sit high on the axels. The owners name is cecil and his # is 615 415-1033 or I (Doris) can be reached at 615 957-0956. The Tradewind is a great size at 25′ and very sought after. This is a great vintage find. (I noticed someone is parting out a 75 (73 in the description) tradewind here in the classifieds)
