1974 airstream Sovereign, rear bath. I replaced the subfloor on the rear bumper, common point of failure. Restored all holding tanks, bays, valves. In the bathroom I lowered a section of the original countertop and turned it into a shower seat. That required rerouting the plumbing vents. I painted all the plastic in rustoleum countop paint and it has held up great. All new plumbing, including plumbing for a rv washer dryer combo in the closet, and four valves in the shower to control hot water source. A new 10 gas water heater, a 10 or 15 gallon electric, and a 50 amp instant tankless, which needs replacing due to forgetting it needed to be winterized, which is the only thing in the plumbing system that will not drain naturally. Moving further up and into the bedroom, I removed one overhead cabinet but have it in storage. I lifted the bed 2" to accomedate a battery bank of deepcell floor sweeper batteries (dead), a "Rouge" solar mppt controller, and "Blue Sea Systems" a/c and d/c switching electrical panel. In the kitchen, I replaced the refrigerator with a fully electric type, but the non operating original is in storage. The stereo is newer and was moved on to the end of the overhead cabinet, below that is where I had a tv mounted.. Two fantstic fan and another type of fan in storage. New duo-therm ac a few years back but hardly used. Electric fireplace with small electric heater above. Interior painted with rustoleum stainless steel paint, black on the cabinets and window trim, and blue on the ceiling strip. New weather stripping in a few spots with more material in storage to complete. 420 watts of solar and the panels are two years old.
Linoleum floors but will need replacing. I planned on lifting the shell off the trailer and building a new frame to hold many water tanks and add headroom, so I ignored two leaky windows for the last year. Two side sections of subfloor that were bad, now definitely need to be replaced. An entirely new floor is not necessary, however, I have all the parts if you are interested in doing what I had planned. 7 tanks, tank monitoring system, gas heater, compartment latches, massive alcoa wheels. $1000 ........
The original oven needs a new control valve, but worth replacing, made great pizza. The batteries need replacing, too old. Tires and axels need replacing, just old, if this will be mobile often, but not a worry if it is going to sit in a back yard. Leaks on the two windows need to be addressed.

This ad will not stay up for long, and it will be removed if another way to pay bills and finish another project comes through. Priced to move, if you can move soon enough.
