It has the original Chevy 454 engine and automatic transmissions with new Edelbrock carb, unknown miles (odometer says 5,500 & is working), This unit runs very well and has new exhaust. The unit was driven recently from North Carolina to Memphis and a few smaller trips without any issues at all. Recently fully serviced.
The driver and passenger seats along with the fold-out couch are new Flex-Steel seating. There are two single beds in the rear. The kitchen has a working fridge, 2 burner stove and microwave, with new custom counter tops and wood flooring for an updated and luxury feel. The center bath has been kept in good condition with running water and proper drainage when hooked up. Outside seals and inside gaskets to windows will need replacing on several of the windows.
The rims are aluminum alloy and in great condition with 90% tire tread. The unit does have the original generator, in working order. Paint is in fair condition but could use a re-paint. The overhead air conditioning unit does work.
