Pull out double. And bunk beds. Sleeps 5 comfortably. New Portuguese eco cork flooring. Natural organic latex mattresses/cushions (zero VOCs/toxins). Removed gross toilet and black tank replaced with composting toilet. Sink and tub in bathroom work. Original kitchen. Fridge and freezer work. Newish A/C. Put new battery in last year. Water heater is quite old and haven’t tested. Needs new vent hoods above (leaky). Awnings in good shape. Wheels bearings were packed last year. Not any rust that I can see. Previous owner had for >20 years in desert. Not currently registered because we’ve used it as our guest house in backyard. Covered all winter. Have title.
