Its got carpet out and curtain plus the couch and bed are gone it need TLC but all the lights work plumbing works fridge and stove all original lighting windows all good it's a good fixer uper

That's what I paid for my 75 AS. However all the parts were there, so that when I replaced everything I new where everything went. Like how the electric and plumbing and heat passed under the beds and still left room for drawers. I suppose you could make it up as you go along, But the important pcs. are missing here, mainly is there rear end separation? Difference of $5,000. The buyer must assume everything else on the inside is 46 year old junk, but that's OK for the price. Also no mention of the axles condition or dents, another pricey consideration. Don't worry , it should sell.
