1973 22ft Argosy.
Hardwood floors. Double size clothes closet. Nice pantry. Full linen closet. Mirror pocket door divides bathroom. Original appliances working great. Two couches fold down making two beds. Painted murals which can easily be painted over. Nice thermostat gas/ electric heat. Original AC unit works great. Hot water is plentiful. Has only a small black tank. I never use it. Everywhere I go I prefer sewer hookup. Great towing package. Legal weight is under 3000.
I am living is this airstream full time and don’t want to give it up, however I need more space for growing grandchildren.
I have it looking like a Gypsy wagon so most photos show that. Easily you can change the personality.
Needs a few things to make perfect. I am slowly working on those things. Reflecting in the price. I can get a new awning installed your choice of color for $300.00. I have an excellent guy who works on it for me with great prices.
