Sadly, my baby airstream has to go! Her name is Josie and is such a joy, small yet efficient and full of everything you need to have your very own, mobile, tiny house!

She is a 1973 and 20 feet long. Hardwood floors, fully functioning kitchen with all original appliances and counter tops. Futon couch that comfortably sleeps two people. Also comes with a twin bed, currently there is a full mattress in there (not included). Both the couch and bed slide out, so you can easily fit bigger beds, can comfortably sleep up to four people. Fresh water tank, black water tank, fully functioning bathroom, with shower and toilet.

Recently had some work done, all of the plumbing has been replaced, so no leaks! Brand new propane fittings, brand new faucets, and brand new toilet!!! Breaks and tires are in good condition. Hot water heater and propane furnace are currently disconnected. There is currently no air conditioning... But an electric heater/air conditioner works great and keeps the small space, cozy or cool. Lots of storage space and the windows and screens are in excellent condition.

A few minor dents on the exterior.
Otherwise in great, original condition!
