There was a leak from roof dent and a portion of subfloor (wood) was damaged (we have a piece of hardi board over it). We sealed then taped over where rivets are near dent and back window*. No problems with frame. Needs plumbing work by hot water heater but kitchen and toilet plumbing work. We kept the original refrigerator, which has some rust, because it works on electric or propane and stove has rust and works off propane. Heating works great. Has original antenna and solar panel. Led bulbs in interior lights. Not sure about the condition of tires (haven’t moved it in 6 years) but it has been on jacks. Also have owner’s manual. It is being sold as is.

*Purchased after hurricane Katrina (2007) to use as weekend camp until we built on property. Took a hit by a 50’ pine tree about 5 years ago. We were told that a dent puller used for cars would pull out the dent don’t know for sure. Have been using since purchase (2007) up until 6 months ago. Firstp pics were taken 8/19/17 last three pics taken 4 months ago.
