SOLD!

AS FOUND, we purchased this with ground in a recreational community. We replaced the tires with new tires repacked the wheel bearings and towed it home 170 miles with a Ford F150 and had no trouble. Beyond cleaning the interior we have not done anything. It has some dents in the skin from branches falling on it on the wooded lot, but has never leaked. The electric jack works as we had to use that to prepare to trailer it. The interior is in excellent original condition, all original appliances are still in it including a wall oven, no soft spots in floor. We have all the original paperwork that came with it new. This is the style with the rear bathroom, the front couch folds out to a large bed and there is a bed in the hall area before the bathroom with storage located across from it. I do not know if it is considered a twin size or a full size bed. We have not hooked this up to electric and honestly do not know what works as we are not camper people and truly do not even know how to hook it up. We are the 3rd owners and have a clean title to it.
