I have no plans of continuing this project, but the trailer itsself is in great condition and has a lot of potential for the next person to take over.

I will answer any and all questions of sense if you want to know anything.

Here's some noteworthy mentions of things that are working and done.

Working electrical
Working AC Unit (Blows perfectly cold)
Working motorized trailer jack.
Brand new fridge installed
Redone ceiling tile
Redone flooring
Installed new cabnets and sink
Installed lighting fixtures
All furnishing IS included! (Except the tools of course, mind the clutter)

Trailers original hitch and sway bars included.

Noteworthy problems with it.

The back window in the bathroom is cracked and will need a repair.
Small crack in the rockshield in the front, nothing bad though.
The small lights on the front above the rockguard, two of them are missing lightcovers (You can see in pictures)
