Vintage 1967 Airstream Globetrotter is now for sale and will surely be popular in every campground. It's 20 feet in length and has a pull out double bed which measures 48" X 78" Mounted under the bed is a 20 gallon fresh water tank as well as a water pump. All the windows have original hardware and Corning Glass. Extensive work was completed about 8 years ago and includes a microwave, TV, and 30 amp electrical service. This camper does not have a converter but a battery recharger is mounted with the battery in a battery box. The camper is all electric and has several 110V receptacles inside and out. The hot water heater is a lowboy 10 gallon. The water pump runs but does not stop when pressurized so it has been disconnected. The air conditioner cools well. There is one 110 volt light over the sink and all the other interior lights are 12 volt and all interior lights are working. All exterior marker, brake, and turn signals work and the reverse/backup lights are new. There is some weakness in the bathroom floor around the toilet. How to read the VIN Number

Read the digit in the first position to determine if it is an "O," indicating an Overlander model, or an "I," indicating an International model. Read the digits in the second and third positions to see the length in feet. Read the digit in the fourth position to identify the model year, where "7" represents 1967 and "8" represents 1968.

Read the digit in the fifth position to determine if it is an "S," indicating manufacture in California, or a "J," indicating manufacture in Jackson Center, Ohio. Read the digits in the sixth, seventh and eighth positions to identify double-bed models with a number over 500 and twin-bed models with a number under 500.
