Fresh Registration and VIN from Highway Patrol as this trailer was "junked" by the state of CA in 1979. After that it sat for all these years till I took on this project.

This was a Shell Off full rebuild, not a fluff job.

It would take a book to describe what went in to it. I have receipts and spread sheet proving that over 50 grand was spent in materials and equipment. Local R.V. repair shop went completely through it and inspected and tested everything and stated that if they were to have done what I did....they would have had to charge about 200 grand. So I'm obviously not making a "killing" on this deal but would love for it to
go to another perfectionist.

My history is a former yacht captain / shipwright with 28 years working in and around only the finest of very large motor yachts. This is one of a kind and the techniques I used will ensure that this trailer lasts a long long time.

Conceived as an acoustic instrument practice/recording studio I spent special attention to thermal/acoustic insulation. The entire interior can be removed in about an hour so it may be used for multiple purposes. The interior is nearly perfectly balanced left to right and for and aft.


Marine grade freezer and fridge AC/DC - quiet/ 7.8 cubic foot total by Novacool
Marine grade fire place heater by Dickenson - cozy and quiet.
Marine grade sink/cooktop by Smeg - Euro model compact and easy to clean.
200W Go Solar panels feed the Magnum charger power inverter and a load distribution center supply the outlets (through out), LED marine grade lights etc.
Two deep cycle batteries (with room for 1-2 more) in a custom battery box.
Truma "on demand" hot water heater -
Thetford porcelain toilet and a "hide the shower" that I designed and built --- The locations are unconventional but open up 20% more interior volume and are very easy to maintain and use and have privacy curtains. There is a seat cushion so the toilet may also be used in one of the many dinning configurations possible.
Carries =/-50 gal. fresh water and large black and grey tanks.
Kenwood CD/AM/FM with sony speakers....large screen Samsung TV with sound bar. Both with window antennas.
2 Fantastic Fans and the original Astro dome. Yakima sky box for more storage.
Samsung microwave and Apollo Oven/Convection micro wave.
Fiberglass propane tanks.
New axels and up-graded suspension system. Lifted 2".

At home in the city as out in the boondocks.

Being sold as NEW as the tanks have only been tested with fresh water and I've only slept in it a few times to test the beds and systems. Only traveled +/- 50 miles and taken up to 65MPH with out load distribution/anti sway bars. Road tested by Senior RV tech to ensure all was in order.
