Polished beauty with custom interior and LOTS OF UNIQUE ADDITIONS
Personally purchased 1/31/18 in California and immediately began renovations. Due to my change of life path I am selling as is. Majority of renovations were completed but not perfected. E.g retouching paint, staining and sealing wood trim, permanent overhead cabinet closures, painting inside custom built storage areas, waterproofing bath tub walls.
Located in Lubbock TX, would consider delivery options.
Gutted interior proved to show no subfloor damage, removed skin to find decent insulation that remains.
Checked for leaks and sealed all to the best of my knowledge.
Tires were new when purchased
Rear taillights updated to LED,
running lights work but some need new covers.
*Built in screen hatch door
I purchased WITHOUT awnings and never added.

When rolled out it has 2 sliding by-pass doors, I used this to house my beauty products which aligned perfectly with the hidden drop down counter top/desk/table top that you can see in the photos/video.
