This is a great example of the well built and very hard to find Avion Truck Camper. It is a 1963. These have to be the coolest truck campers ever made. This is a project camper. It probably needs complete renovation and I have lowered the price to reflect that. You will look a long time to find another. These are worth restoring. With some effort this could be nicer than any new $30 camper you would buy. I believe it weighed around 1700 or 1800 lbs.
The pics pretty much tell the story. I don't plan on testing any of the systems. The floor seems solid, other than the very back by the door. I have included photos of the under belly so you can see the wood condition. The wings don't seem terrible but may be a little soft. I was able to use the designated jack points to lift the camper.
This had a lot of response so you can always shoot me an offer and best offer wins. I don’t think it will last long, but you never know.
It does not show up for me either. Ads I have posted have been instantly online. Though, I have not paid for a premium featured ad.

I just posted a new ad on Airstream Classifieds.

I saw your ad on FB.... it looks like a true project. The only thing I saw that would be a real challenge is the dented roof. Someone didnt remember their height. Ouch.
Just sold it.

Hi Mark,
You are correct. It doesn't look too bad from the ground but it does need to be fixed. I just sold it a few minutes ago.

Thanks for looking.

I think I figured it out. When you post a thread in the classified section of the forum it takes you to airstreamclassifieds. You create the ad there. The ad has to then be approved. The link is generated automatically. When I click the link it takes me to the ad, but the ad says, "waiting for approval."
Once the ad is actually approved it will display correctly.
In the meantime feel free to contact me if anyone is intererested and I will send photos.
Thanks
