1962 Safari. 22 Feet. Twin floorplan - relatively uncommon. Dry weight about 3100 lbs. I'm the second owner. This started out as a one winter project - 4 years later here we are. Refurbished/renewed to as original. Mechanical systems renewed - Refer, cooktop, micro, on demand hot water, wiring, Pex plumbing, propane lines, axle, fresh water tank, fresh water pump, black tank, ABS. New toilet, epoxied sink and shower pan. New foam and upholstery, refinished/rebuilt original ash interior. New awning and polish. Worthington tanks, new tires/spare, new rims. All windows removed and resealed. This was done correctly and with care. Comes with some standard "beauty marks" 57 year old trailers obtain. I used it twice last summer and it functioned great.As always some necessary disclaimers. Sold as is/where is.
