Project is at a crossroads with next step being the installation of the original furniture or a custom interior to the owner's preference.

Summary of frame off restoration work completed:

Frame strengthened, repainted with epoxy paint POR 15
New 3000 lbs capacity axles, electric brakes, rims, tires
New sub floor, ¾" marine grade plywood sealed with multiple layers of paint
Armstrong 12" industrial grade floor tiles diamond pattern
Complete Romex, 10Ga, 12Ga, 14Ga wire 12 volt/ 110 volt able to support converter/inverter
Prodex insulation, double layer with pockets
All aluminium inner and outer shell repaired, no dents whatsoever
Waterprofed outer shell from inside
All new window, cranks, bulb seals
All new screens
3 new tanks
Interior painted with Sierre Performance Grip-Tech primer and finished with 2 coats Sierra Acrylic Enamel Satin paint
Vinyl divider resown
Many new pieces, license holder, 2 Fantastic Vents, astrodome, Bargman reproduction rear lenses, Airstream plates, marker lights, electrical umbilical cord and many more items


I have not taken pictures of the furniture but they are in good original condition apart from one panel by door, which needs to be replaced. All furniture needs to be refinished to buyer's preference. Original Magic Chef gas oven/stove top/vent. Original bath counter top/shower/ceramic toilet with no damage. Also has original heater. It has the original gas bottles but I recommend replacing them. Original interior lights in very nice condition. Curtain rails and other small items (switches, water pump, etc) also included.

The only original items missing are the split rims as I wanted smooth and well balanced running gear. Original fridge and water heater too inefficient, so also dispensed with.

I have receipts for almost all of the work done, in total over $23,000. Will sell for $14,000.
