Major Custom Restoration. The only thing original on this trailer is the shell, which is in amazing shape. Everything else is was replaced in 2012-2014. I took the shell off and welded 50% new framework, outriggers, ect. This trailer was made to accommodate cold camping with new freshwater (40 gallon), gray and toilet tanks, two new 6 volt deep cycle batteries last 4-5 days on average use, new sub floor, cabinets, everything. There is nothing on this trailer that is older than 2012. All cabinets were custom made to achieve a layout that provides comfort and practicality. Custom fitted AC unit on the side which vents from the cabinet, avoiding the unoriginal appearance of a typical roof ac unit. The hot water heater grill is Crome, along with an all aluminum tool box which compliments the trailer with great extra storage. New 5000 lb axle with trailer brakes, although the trailer weighs less than 3500 lbs. Fresh water tank is on the front to provide ideal tongue weight and the waste tanks directly behind the axle so even if the freshwater is empty, it still tows easily.
