This is a 1954 Airstream Flying Cloud 21’ travel trailer.
We pulled this trailer out of the mud on a farm here in Oregon several years ago and converted it to a mobile office. It was used in Seattle and Portland as a pre-leasing sales office for new construction sites. Then we converted it into a mobile styling salon to be used by Aveda hair products for photo shoots on the Oregon coast. Last year we planned to make it a Mid Century Modern inspired camping trailer to take to Palm Springs Modweek but client jobs came first. Now we are offering it as is, ready for interior cabinetry. You can do the build out or have our shop do it for you.
This trailer is one of about 250 made in 1954. It has the 13 panel front end cap and whale tail rear end cap. It has the “door in door” screen feature. All of the windows work as they should and are in great shape. It has all of its original screens. The exterior body is in great shape for the age. It has the original 3 roof vents with functioning operators.
