Two new 16" SenDel T03-66655BM wheels with new Michelin LT225/75R16 E LTX M/S2 BSW tires mounted and balanced.
I purchased these to bring home a 2011 International CCD 19C I tried to buy in California last October. The deal feel through, and my wife and I have now purchased a 2014 International CCD 23D (14" wheels), so these will not fit.
The price is for the set (two wheels and two tires). Shipping is not included.

Center caps are not included. Lug nuts are not included. The stems are metal but pass through a rubber seal in the rims.

Are the center caps and lug nuts included? I can't tell if those are metal stems?
